R is for Roma, P is for Poppy, S is for Stevie

My friend asked me to make some bunnies for his friends in England who recently had babies. The orange is my favorite!

Steampunk-shroom

I made this for my friend Koz because I was his Secret Santa this year. He loves Steampunk and his cat Myu. I was going to make a giant Myu doll but wasn't sure how it would turn out, so I opted to do what I do best which are mushrooms and add a little Myu via magnet :)

I love giving handmade things as gifts! They get the best reactions ever :)

2nd Annual Small Paperfox Swap

These are 10 ornaments I made for the 2nd Annual Small Paperfox swap. The deal is you send in 10 and get back 10 random handmade ornaments- I love it! I should have made one for myself though, forgot to... :p

Jack, the Beanstalk, & Giant-shroom

A while ago, John asked me to make some story-book mushrooms for his baby. For the baby shower, I delivered. 1 storybook shroom done, 3 more to go... The Giant-shroom is about double the size of my normal mushrooms. It was a lot of fun to work on. I love the weight of it. Then the beanstalk bends and Jack is able to climb up each leaf. When John & Maegan opened the gift, the whole room filled with gasps, ooh's and ahh's. It was really sweet! Just looking at the pictures, I can still hear the sound. This is the reason I make things. They bring so much happiness to people! I love it! :D

Jack-shroom

I created this Dog-shroom for a co-worker based off of the real dog Jack. One of my faves :)
